Suraj Jha created AsianKitchenTable and is the home cook behind its Korean-and-beyond recipes. He also handles everything technical — the site itself, the admin systems, and the day-to-day running of AsianKitchenTable — and is the site's administrator.

Recipe Writer — Korean & Asian Home Cooking
Jiwon is a home cook from Seoul who studied Food Science and Nutrition. She writes the Korean dishes that have always been part of her everyday life — rice, soup, banchan, and fermented staples — along with favorite home-style dishes from across Asia, explained simply for cooks outside Korea.

Every recipe on the site is written by Jiwon — look for the author box at the end of any recipe.
